Cozy Eclectic Redesign Project

We found this tan gem nestled in the trees. This 1970’s contemporary home needed a dramatic change to bring back its original curb appeal. We chose a bold black exterior paint and cleaned up the landscaping to enhance the midcentury architecture. A Great House believes that a good redesign shouldn’t completely erase a house’s original features. In this case, we restored the original wood features such as this home’s stairs and office bookcase.
