Let’s Make Buyers Fall in Love With Your Home
Fact: Buyers spend more time in staged or occupied homes than in vacant homes. The longer a buyer stays in the house, the more likely they are to make an offer.
What Makes Us Different
-
Initial Consult
From the initial consultation, we treat each house with the special care and attention it deserves. No two houses are the same - and we make sure that our homes stand out against everything else that’s on the market today. Our goal is to stage your house to accentuate its best features - not to show off our inventory. We aim to style your house in a way that makes buyers say, “That’s A Great House”.
-
Implementation
Each house is unique. We provide a custom quote which will include furniture and decor for the most influential areas of the home. This typically includes the Living Room, Primary Bedroom, and Dining Room. The investment is usually for one month and includes delivery, set up and removal.
-
The Community
Kingwood is home to A Great House and we take special pride in its community. We want buyers to fall in love with Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita just as we did. Click here to see how we give back to the community.

Several studies show that home staging helps homes sell faster and for more money than non-staged homes. Once staged, homes spend an average of 73% less time on the market and buyers are willing to spend 1% to 5% more of the dollar value on a staged home than a non-staged home. In the competitive housing market of today, home staging is one of the best marketing strategies at your disposal.

Only 10% of people can visualize what an empty room looks like when furnished. With proper staging, each room has a defined purpose and staging the space illustrates this for potential buyers.
For example, a smaller room can be staged to become an office, rather than an unusable space.
Empty rooms often appear smaller online and can leave buyers questioning whether or not their own furniture will fit in each room.
